At Wira, we value both our users (Wira) and our local heroes (Shujaa). To keep the experience fair and reliable for everyone, we’ve outlined simple rules for cancellations.
Free Cancellation Window – You may cancel a task within 15 minutes of booking without any charges, provided a Shujaa has not yet started the task.
After 15 Minutes – A small cancellation fee may apply to compensate the Shujaa for their time.
Last-Minute Cancellations – If you cancel after the Shujaa is already on their way or working, you may be charged up to the agreed task fee.
Commitment to Reliability – Once you accept a task, you are expected to honor it.
If You Must Cancel – Please cancel as early as possible to allow the Wira to find another Shujaa.
Frequent Cancellations – Multiple last-minute cancellations may affect your reliability rating and access to future tasks.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an unavoidable situation, please contact our support team so we can review your case and assist fairly.
